Atlas Log-30 is a configurable USB temperature data logger with an external probe, real-time LCD display and automatic PDF/CSV report generation. It is designed for cold-chain transport, refrigerators, freezers, vaccine storage, pharmaceuticals, food and other temperature-sensitive applications.

Minimum order quantity: 50 units. Use + or − to adjust one unit at a time.

Introduction

Atlas Log-30 is a configurable temperature data logger that can be supplied for single-use or multi-use monitoring. Its external temperature probe extends into the monitored space while the main logger remains easy to view and operate. The device measures from -30°C to +70°C and displays the current temperature, running status, alarm condition, battery level, and maximum, minimum and average values on its LCD screen.

The logger is suitable for shipping containers, air and sea freight, distribution centres, refrigerated storage, freezers, medical refrigerators, vaccine cabinets and laboratory environments. Its configurable recording interval, start delay and alarm points allow each deployment to be adapted to the required transport or storage protocol.

After monitoring, the built-in USB connection enables the logger to generate irreversible PDF, CSV or combined PDF-and-CSV reports directly on a Windows or Mac computer. A temporary-report mode allows data to be reviewed while the logger continues recording.

Key Features and Benefits

Single-use or multi-use operation

Choose the operating mode that matches a one-way shipment or a reusable monitoring programme.

External temperature probe

Supports flexible cable and probe options for refrigerators, vaccine storage, sealed doors and other specialised environments.

Real-time LCD display

Shows current temperature, alarm status, battery level, running state and maximum, minimum and average values.

Configurable alarm system

Supports up to six alarm points, nine event marks, LCD alarm indication and an optional buzzer.

Automatic reports

Generates PDF, CSV or combined reports through USB without requiring report-reading software.

Temporary reports

Export and review an interim report without ending the active monitoring session.

Replaceable battery

The CR2450 battery can be replaced for continued multi-use operation.

Buffered probe option

A propylene-glycol buffered probe can reduce the effect of short air-temperature changes in vaccine and medical refrigerators.

How the Product Is Used

01 — ConfigureSet the operating mode, logging interval, start delay, alarm thresholds, report format and optional buzzer in Freshliance Tools.
02 — PositionPlace the probe in the monitored product area, refrigerator, freezer, container or shipment and position the logger where the display remains accessible.
03 — MonitorStart the logger and use marks to record important handling events. The LCD provides immediate status and alarm information.
04 — ReportStop the logger when required, connect it to USB and automatically generate the PDF/CSV report.

Applications

Atlas Log-30 is designed for temperature monitoring across cold-chain transportation and controlled storage, including:

  • Vaccines, biologics and pharmaceutical products
  • Medical refrigerators, vaccine cabinets and walk-in coolers
  • Blood cold chain, biological samples and diagnostic reagents
  • Food, frozen food and temperature-sensitive ingredients
  • Refrigerated trucks, shipping containers and air or sea freight
  • Distribution centres, warehouses, freezers and laboratories
  • Applications requiring a flexible ultra-thin cable through a sealed refrigerator door

Probe type, cable material, cable length, operating mode and alarm configuration should be selected for the specific application. Contact Gee Gee Data Monitoring System EMS (Pty) Ltd for assistance.

Freshliance Tools configuration software for Atlas Log-30

Freshliance Tools

Freshliance Tools is the PC configuration, data-retrieval and analysis software used with Atlas Log-30. When the logger is connected through USB, the software automatically detects it and displays the device ID, battery condition, operating mode, logging interval, start mode and alarm settings.

Before deployment, users can configure the single-use or multi-use mode, recording interval, start delay, alarm thresholds, temperature unit, time zone, report format and optional buzzer. Recorded data can be reviewed as graphs and tables, with maximum, minimum, average and MKT statistics available for quality and compliance review.

The software supports report export in PDF, CSV, TXT and PNG formats, multiple languages and comparison of data from several devices on one chart. The generated automatic PDF/CSV report can still be opened directly from the logger without Freshliance Tools.

Complete configuration

Set operating mode, interval, delay, alarms, marks, units, time zone and report preferences.

Automatic USB detection

Connect the logger and view its identity, battery, status and configured parameters.

Data analysis

Review graphs, detailed logs, alarm excursions and maximum, minimum, average and MKT values.

Flexible exports

Export PDF, CSV, TXT or PNG and compare multiple logger records on one chart.
